Russell Vaughn founded Vaughn Enterprises in Norfolk, Nebraska in 1974 to become a distributor of AMSOIL products. The firm moved to Wisconsin, and was incorporated in 1977, at which time Russell’s son, Mark Vaughn, became the Vice President of Marketing. Russell’s eldest son, Greg Vaughn, returned from overseas to join the family-owned firm in 1979,
